- This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Soliciation/Request for Proposal. The Soliciation/Request for Proposal will be forthcoming and will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). The website address (URL) is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Please refer to the mentioned website for the complete solicitation. The response date referenced above is estimated. Solicitation Issue date is on or about 04/28/10, with the response date on or around 05/28/10. Note: copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered.
