- Overton Brooks VA Medical Center located in Shreveport LA, intends to issue a Sole Source contract for the leasing of Stryker Endoscopy Equipment to Alliant Healthcare Products, 8850-M-89, Richland, MI 48093; Phone: 1-888-307-1144. Alliant Healthcare Products is the only know source for the Stryker Endoscopy Equipment. Stryker Endoscopy equipment is approved for use by the Joint VA/DoD DICOM Modality Conformance Requirements (Rev 3.0) and is listed under the approved Vista DICOM Modality Interfaces dated March 2010. The contract performance is from 1 May 2010 through 30 April 2015, (a base year with four (4) option years). The contract is to be awarded as a Sole Source under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112. The size standard is 500 employees.
