- This is a Multi-NSN project for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The procurement is authorized by IQC10081009052 to procure the Cable Assembly for each NSNs; utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) FAR 6.302-1); Unrestricted procedures for NSN 6150-01-328-0379 and NSN 6150-01-467-0395. The approved source of supply is Breeze Eastern Corporation for both NSNs. This is a Critical Application Item. Both NSNs are not Export Control Items. The Annual Demand Qty for NSN 6150-01-328-0379 is 108 each. NSN 6150-01-467-0395 Annual Demand Qty is 36 each. The Government required delivery schedule for each NSN is 216 days. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The solicitation issue date is 5 May 2010.
