- The Mine Safety & Health Administration is seeking vendors to provide water flow meters that meet the following specifications: Versa Mount Flow Meter Specifications • Must have shock resistant spring loaded piston that can operate in any position, horizontal, vertical or at an angle • Must have a dual scale that shows flow rate in both gallons per minute and liters per minute • Scale must rotate 360 degrees for ease of viewing • Scale must be protected by a poly carbonate shield • Flow meter must have a brass body • Flow meter must have type 303 stainless steel fittings • Flow meter must have Fluoroelastomer O-rings • Accuracy must be +/- 2% • Temperature range -20 degrees to +240 degrees • Connections are NPTF (Dryseal) female • Heavy duty constructions must withstand pressures up to 3500 psi at 70 degrees Flow meter size required: Flow Range (gpm/lpm).2-2/ 1-7.5 Pipe size: ½ " Scale Length: 2 1/8" Overall Length: 6 5/8" Responses are due by 4:30 PM EST on April 22, 2010.
