Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, FL (NSWC PC) is soliciting proposals on the basis of full and open competition for design, fabrication, and test of Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) Sensor Interface Units (SIU) to a maximum quantity of 74 over three years. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. The proposed SIU must meet the requirements of a Government prepared product specification. The product specification is distribution limited to DoD and U.S. DoD Contractors only. Additionally this document contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751, et seq. Product specification and drawing will be available upon request after the release of the solicitation. Requests must contain the vendors Contractor and Government Entity (Cage) Code to be considered as potentially eligible to receive the controlled data. Requests should be sent to Sharon.hess@navy.mil NAICS Code 334111 applies. SBA Size Standard is 1000 employees. FSC is 7050. Deliveries will be made to NSWC-PCD, 110 Vernon Av., Panama City, FL 32407. Award will be made on a best value basis and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single offeror after full and open competition. Award will be made to the offeror who meets the requirements of FAR Subpart 9.1, Responsible Prospective Contractor, and whose proposal is determined to be the best value to the Government. Award is anticipated by 30 Sep 2010.
