- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W91278-10-D-0028, BARLOVENTO, L.L.C.; W91278-10-R-0029, MECO BUILDERS, INC. The purpose of this MODIFICATION IS TO INCLUDE DESIGN BUILD INTO DESCRIPTION AND TITLE. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to award a Task Order for THE DESIGN BUILD of storm water infrastructure at several locations within DeKalb County, GA. This work will involve replacement and upgrade of existing culverts and related storm water pipe work at road crossings over streams, grading and paving, and the replacement of inlet connections at several locations throughout DeKalb County.
