- RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This is a notice of an action under the Recovery Act. The opportunity was only available to the contractor under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) No. AG-6114-B-08-0001. The USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service issued one call order, AG-6114-K-10-0065 on 3/5/2010 against the previously referenced BPA, Midland Surveying, 501 North Market, Maryville, MO 64468. This order was placed under a previously competed Blanket Purchase Agreement for surveys. The services will support the EWP Flood Plain Easement Program.
