- NOTE: THIS IS A REPOSTING OF AN EARLIER SYNOPSIS TO INFORM ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS THAT THE SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE AND RETURN BY DATE HAVE CHANGED. NO CHANGE WAS MADE TO THE QUANTITY REQUIRED OR DELIVERY. PR 0022694450 RFP SPMA5-10-R-0188 NSN: 2915-01-083-8477, TUBE AND BUSHING AS, in support of the Engine, Aircraft, F100-PN-100 (F15 A,B,C,D) program. This is a Critical Application item produced in accordance with part number 2663472. Approved source of supply is Honeywell International Cage Code 9X173, P/N 2663472. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not legally available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is an unrestricted procurement, being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price, fixed quantity contract for quantity of 355 each. FOB destination, Inspection & Acceptance at destination. Requested delivery is 191days ARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN I/A/W FAR subpart 32.5. Stock delivery location will be 157 each to Tracy, CA (W62G2T) and 198 each to New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U). Solicitation may be available for issue on or about April 21, 2010 and will close on or about 2:00pm May 20, 2010. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFP’s are in portable document format (PDF).
