Description: The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), 201 12th Street, Arlington VA 22202 intends to solicit for Education and Training services for Defense Institute for Security Assistance Management (DISAM). This requirement is to provide for contractor support for the teaching of scheduled IPSRC iterations, additional iterations as deemed necessary by the ISP and DISAM, and the improvement and maintenance of all course content contained in the current three day instructor-led IPSRC. HQ0013-. DSCA plans to issue a performance-based Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. This requirement will be solicited as a total 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 611710, Education and training Services with a size standard of $25.5 Million. The period of performance will consist of a base 6 month plus four 1 year option periods. The solicitation will be available at: http://www.fbo.gov and http://www.dsca.mil. on or about 14 April 2010. NO PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. NO TELEPHONE/FAX REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review both web sites frequently for any updates/amendments to any documents. Instructions will be provided in the solicitation on how and when to submit questions regarding the requirement.
