- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) currently occupies 22,860 rentable square feet of office and related space on part of the first floor in an office park located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This serves as notice that the Government intends on exercising a five year renewal option under the current lease. The option is for five years with termination rights after the third year. Under the terms of the option, the Lessor will replace all finishes with the tenant agency in place; the tenant agency has a high volume of public contact. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. This is a notice of intent The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this posting.
