Description
The United States Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions and Lethality LifeCycle Management Command, Joint Armaments Contracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, N.J. 07806-5000, intends to award a Sole Source requirement in support of the ARDEC, FCS&TD mission. The period of performance will be one year from date of award. The Contract type shall be a Commercial Firm Fixed Price Supply contract. The contractor shall have experience with all aspects and documentation required for the DoD Information Assurance Certification & Accreditation Process (DIACAP). The contractor shall have experience with DoD and Army Regulations, Policies and Best Business Practices (BBPs) for Information Assurance (IA). The contractor shall have experience with performing DIACAP Certification and Accreditation (C&A) testing on Networked, Standalone and Closed Restricted Network (CRN) tactical and non-tactical systems. The contractor shall have experience working for an Agent of the Certification Authority (ACA). The contractor shall have people who are experienced and certified to meet the training requirements set forth in DoD 8570.01-M "Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program" to perform auditing and IA Engineering and Architectural Support such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). The contactor shall have experience with Cisco routers, Windows workstations & servers, and Linux/Unix based systems. The contractor shall provide people with a minimum security clearance of SECRET. The contractor shall have experience with DIACAP data handling requirements for classified data. The contactor shall have an IA lab at their facility certified to handle government classified data at the minimum level of secret. The contactor shall have experience with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Gold Disk, Army Golden Master (AGM) and IA Tools on the Army's Approved list for IA Tools. The Contractor shall have experience in assisting government organizations in submitting applications to IACORA in order to get appointed as an ACA. This is a Sources Sought/Market Survey Announcement and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is the Government obligated to issue a formal RFP/RFQ. In addition, the Government does not intend to reimburse or pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. All interested and potential firms must be registered in CCR, and current firms must update once a year to maintain active status. However, registration in no way guarantees that a contract or assistance award will be issued. All interested companies are invited to provide their capabilities and qualifications regarding the above stated requirement via email (10MB limit) to the email point of contact listed below; information provided will not be returned. Responses shall indicate the size of the business entity (large or small); a copy of the most recent ORCA Certifications.
