- GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AND MOWING AT HOP BROOK LAKE, MIDDLEBURY CT Furnish all necessary labor, equipment and materials to perform mowing and trimming of fine lawn areas at Hop Brook Lake recreation area; Mowing and Trimming of fine lawn areas at Hope Brook Lake Dam site Project Office and Naugatuck Basin Office; and perform spring clean up services at Hope Brook Lake for the 2010 Season. **AT THE OPTION OF THE GOVERNMENT, THE ABOVE SERVICES MAY BE REQUIRED FOR ONE (1) ADDITIONAL YEAR. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available on or about 30 April 2010 and will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) which links to the FedTeds website (see below). Prospective contractors are required to self register their firm on the Internet to receive this solicitation. Registration instructions are available on the internet at https://www.fedteds.gov. Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests will be accepted. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
