- The Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions & Lethality ContractingCenter, Joint Armaments Center, on behalf of the US Army Armament Research Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), Weapon Systems and Technology Directorate, Indirect Fire Armaments Division,Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, is contemplating award of Blanket Purchase Agreements(BPAs)with the US Government. Interested sources should be capable of providing support and technical assistance to the government either by telephone, or in person if necessary, during the hours of 8am through 5pm Monday through Friday. The vendor will have significant experience and knowledge in the areas of optical development, design, prototyping, proof of principal testing, and integration software. The vendor will also be able to implement proper lab support, lab design, hardware and testing equipment, and data acquisition. The Government may enter into one or multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements as a result of this notice.TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.The Government will accept written questions by email only. Submittals and questions should be directed to the following point of contact: US Army Contracting Command, Attn. Pamela Penaherrera, CCJM-JA, Bldg. 10, Picatinny, NJ 07806-5000, email pam.penaherrera@us.army.mil. The Government will not be issuing a formal Request for Proposal (RFP)because this is a Blanket Purchase Agreement. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice.
