- RECOVERY ACTION - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE HOLDERS UNDER SIN 899-1 ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS. The Department of Energy's Carlsbad Field Office is planning to issue a Request for Quotation for a competitive Task Order utilizing a Federal Supply Schedule to provide expert technical advice, support, and assistance to the Carlsbad Field Office in the areas of quality assurance, auditing and assessment, safety, nuclear safety, site operations, environmental and regulatory compliance, scientific and international programs, and the performance demonstration program. A portion of this Task Order may be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the reporting requirements of that act. The Carlsbad Field Office is located at 4021 National Parks Highway, Carlsbad, New Mexico. This acquis ition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code of 541620, Product/Service Code (PSC) of R799.
