- FIAS100 Flow Injection System, Multiwave, Series200 Auto Sampler Liquid Chromatograph, Series200LCPump Liquid Chromatograph, Polyscience Chiller, ElandrcII, AS93 Plus, Series 200 Peltier Oven NOTICE: ALL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE LISTED ITEMS ON THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO Leslie Davis 42-386-5898, leslie.davis@netl.doe.gov It is the National Energy Technical Laboratory's (NETL) intent to award a purchase order on a Sole Source basis to PerkinElmer Health Sciences, Inc., brand name only commercial items in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. After investigating, no known potential alternates sources exist which could satisfy the agency's need for the servicing of the equipment described herein. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a request for quotation or proposal. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Challenges must demonstrate the capability to provide all of the above listed specifications for the item(s) being requested (software licenses and accompany support service). If no challenges to acquire this (these) item(s) are received by 5:30 PM ET on April 27, 2010. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed award based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
