- GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AND MOWING AT CAPE COD CANAL, LOCATED IN BOURNE, MA AND SANDWICH, MA Furnish all necessary labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform mowing and trimming services at recreation areas, fields and the Canal field office (approx. 30 acres); one site is a remote area located approx. 7 miles on Cape from the Bourne Bridge; and landscaping services at 11 recreation areas along the Canal along the Cape Cod Canal for the 2010 Season. **AT THE OPTION OF THE GOVERNMENT, THE ABOVE SERVICES MAY BE REQUIRED FOR ONE (1) ADDITIONAL YEAR. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available on or about 05 May 2010 and will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) which links to the FedTeds website (see below). Prospective contractors are required to self register their firm on the Internet to receive this solicitation. Registration instructions are available on the internet at https://www.fedteds.gov. Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests will be accepted. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
