- Contractor shall furnish labor and materials and perform all preventative maintenance of the current Fire Alarm system at the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services Division (CJIS), in Clarksburg, West Virginia in accordance with the provided Statement of Work. Work includes but not limited to the maintenance of the following items; Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Fire Alarm Control Panels, Annunciator Panels, Network Reporting Terminals and Printers, Media Interface Boards, and Smoke Control Stations. The additional services to be provided under this contract shall include examination, testing, and cleaning, as required and if required, repair or replacement of any item required to maintain the system in optimal operation and compliant with all applicable requirements of Section 72- National Fire Alarm Code. This contemplated contract is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The Small Business Vendor must be a small business under the relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and shall be registered in the following websites; http://www.ccr.gov and http://www.orca.bpn.gov prior to the award of the contract.
