- This opportunity is available only to Career Systems Development Corp. Under contract number DOL-J08PA00003. The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management on behalf of the Office of Job Corps has awarded a modification in the amount of $21,559 to the Pittsburgh Job Corps Center operated by Career Systems Development Corp. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and have been approved by the OASM National Office PRBs dated Nov. 25, 2009, Nov. 30, 2009 and Feb. 5, 2010 for Center Operations and Equipment ARRA projects to be added to this contract. It would be impracticable to use a fixed price contract to secure services of the kind or quality required for this modification, since the modification is to an existing Cost Plus Incentive Fee contract (Cost Reimbursement Contract). The funding is provided for the Earth Day Every Day Campaign and a Driver's Education simulator. The operator of this center will utilize these funds to make available additional training opportunities to the students of the Pittsburgh Job Corps Center. These equipment items do not allow for subcontracting opportunities.
