- RECOVERY-THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED IN WHOLE BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA). This synopsis is for the purpose of announcing the following requirement in the Modoc National Forest: Work for the project includes: Trenching and installing approximately 500 feet of 1 inch polyethylene pipe and a faucet. Constructing a loop road approximately 420 feet long, 24 feet wide with imported borrow and 4 inches of rock. Installation of a 500 gallon concrete holding tank. In addition work requires site preparation for 1 CXT toilet building. The government estimate for this project is less than $100,000. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The full solicitation and specifications will be released and posted to the FBO website (www.fbo.gov) on or about April 19, 2010 All proposals must be provided via the www.fbo.gov website. This requirement is a total small business set-aside.
