- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This Task Order is being funded in whole or in part by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009(ARRA), Public Law 111-5. This notice is to publicize the exercise of Option 1 (CLINS 0003 & 0004) under Task Order SB1341-10-NC-0091 with Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., 8283 Greensboro Drive, McLean, VA 22102-3838, in accordance with the requirements of FAR Subpart 5.705, Publicizing Post Award. The required services under this modification M001 are for the Contractor to continue with project management and administration, as well as assisting NIST in developing a test method framework, a certification program process document and related project planning and tracking tools. This is a time and materials Task Order due to the uncertainties in defining hours and costs associated with varying requirements under the Task Order. This Task Order is subject to the terms and conditions of Booz Allen Hamilton's Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Contract No. GS-23F-9755H.
