- Furnish all planning, supervision, labor, equipment, material, supplies, replacement parts, and all things necessary for the Operation and Maintenance of Government-Owned Facilities and Equipment, West Point Lake, West Point, Georgia. Services are for a base year and four (4) one-year options. It is anticipated that a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee contract will be awarded. In general (not all inclusive), work will entail maintenance and/or repair of: buildings and structures; electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and sewer systems; beaches, riprap, unpaved roads, parking areas, boat ramps, vehicles, and equipment. Work will also consist of custodial services, grass mowing, floating debris removal, and aid to navigation. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $35,500,000.00 for the past three (3) years under NAICS 561210. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about April 29, 2010. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov. Interested parties must be registered in FBO before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the West Point Project Office, located at 500 Resource Management Drive, West Point, Georgia on May 12, 2010. Interested attendees shall provide their names (no more than 3) in writing to Irvin G. Hill at irvin.g.hill@usace.army.mil by 2:00pm, May 6, 2010. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to this solicitation.
