- This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR 19.13 - Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZONE) Program. THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ARE PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET ONLY. **NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: http://www.ccr.gov to register and/or obtain information about the CCR program. Online Representations and Certifications can be submitted at: https://orca.bpn.gov/ The solicitation will be available on or about 29 April 2010. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement, all solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this web site. Forward any questions to tunissha.marshall@conus.army.mil The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, management, materials, supervision, tools, and transportation necessary to maintain clean, efficient, and safe operating kitchen exhaust systems, (i.e., clean interior and exterior surfaces of kitchen exhaust systems, including range hoods, filters, ducts, fire suppression systems, fans and fan housings,; and corroded exterior surfaces of hoods and ducts). The areas concerned in this project are government owned. They will be in use during the progress of the work and the contractor shall arrange their operations to cause as little interference as possible including scheduling of work after normal duty hours (0730 to 1600 hours). The contract term will be a twelve month base period plus two one year options.
