- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, has a requirement for McKay Creek Fish Barrier Modifications. The work consists of saw cutting, removing, and disposing of a portion of the existing concrete slab; designing and constructing temporary diversion and protective works for diversion and control of McKay Creek and the Umatilla River during construction, and removal and control of water from the foundations; channel excavation; upstream and downstream channel reshaping; embankment construction; furnishing and placing new gravel access ramp; removing and stockpiling existing riprap at gravel access ramp, and replacing riprap after excavation; furnishing and placing concrete to extend existing concrete access ramp to existing fish barrier concrete slab; furnishing and placing reinforced concrete fish barrier wall and slab including 6-inch thick compacted gravel below slab; placing compacted crushed gravel; drilling holes in concrete and placing dowels with grout; placing fresh concrete; removing, modifying, and reinstalling pickets; furnishing and installing 10 air bladders; and furnishing and installing air supply piping and pipe fittings. This requirement is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. This requirement will be acquired using sealed bid procedures. The estimated dollar range of this procurement is $100,000 to $250,000. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, and the small business size standard is $33.5 million.
