- Contractor shall completely prepare the site for storm drainage piping, including excavation, demolition and removal of existing lines and furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary for the replacement and cleaning of said lines for the project 538-10-117entitled FAC-Storm Main Rehab at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio as required by the specifications and drawings. Work to be completed within 180 calendar days of receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans, specifications and drawings will be available on-line o/a Friday, April 30, 2010. All plans and specification will be available on-line at this website and no hard copies will be issued. Estimated cost range for the project is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 10:00 am (EST) in Building 1, Room 121 at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio. A sealed bid opening will be held Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 2:00 pm (EST) in Building 1, Room 1121, Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio, Building 1, Room 121. This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
