- BSM PR 0023484306. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1615-01-172-5068, Gearbox Assembly, IAW The Boeing Company, formally known as McDonnell Douglas, (CAGE 8V613) part number 7-117600051. The other approved source for this item is Transdigm, Inc. (CAGE 04638) part number C80873-1. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Destination Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 635 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. This is a Critical Application item. Export Control and Configuration Control apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is April 29, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about May 28, 2010.
