- NAVSEA Indian Head has a requirement for the fabrication, packaging and delivery of 3,928 Chisel, Explosive Cartridge Propelled, EOD or Flat Sided Chisel Slug (FSCS) in accordance with a drawing package. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. The small business size standard for this procurement is 750employees with a NAICS code of 336419 and an FSC code of 1385.
