- Solicitation Requirements List RFQ Info Sheet This requirement is for the purchase of: - 4 Course Seats for Quick Test Professional 10.0 Training. Period of Performance: Training vouchers to be used from date of award through (1) 12 month period. (Note: All training seats may not be used at the same time) The Government is seeking discounted pricing for training at vendor facilities, instructor-led online training, or possibly blended solutions. Space does not allow for instructor to provide training at customer's location. Solutions should be result-oriented and cost effective. *See attached 1449 Solicitation and Requirements for specific requirements, item description, and quantity. DELIVERY ADDRESS: HQ 754 ELSG/DOX 501 E. Moore Drive, Bldg 884 Montgomery, AL 36114 All proposed must include the course syllabus and schedule of upcoming class offerings. Quotes must represent best value and result in the lowest overall cost alternative (including technically acceptable) in accordance with the requirements and delivery. The agency will award a firm-fixed price contract using the LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE methodology. Payment will be by Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). All vendor questions concerning this requirement must be submitted electronically no later than 10:00 AM CDT (11:00AM EST) 16 APR 10. Questions submitted after that time may not be answered prior to the response due date. All questions will be answered no later than 4:00 PM CDT (5:00PM EST) 16 Apr 10. Please address questions to steven.scharlow@disa.mil. Responses are due by 10:00 AM CDT (11:00AM EST) 19 APR 10. Please submit your quotation electronically to steven.scharlow@disa.mil. Please address questions to Steven Scharlow Contract Specialist, email to: steven.scharlow@disa.mil. Faxed quotations are not acceptable. Please provide a signed document (solicitation). You need to fill in blocks 30 (a), (b), and (c) on page 1 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449. Please return an electronic (scanned) copy of pages 1, 2, and 3. On page 3, fill in the CLIN amount. Complete the attached RFQ Info Sheet and provide it with your quotation along with the course syllabus, schedule of upcoming class offerings, and any other written information relevant to this acquisition. Note: Only those who are not registered in ORCA (https://orca.bpn.gov/) must complete and return FAR Clause 52.212-3 within the Solicitation. To receive an award, contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (www.ccr.gov).
