- This is a sources sought notice. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The US Army Contracting Command is seeking potential firms who have the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to supply vehicle rental service for users in Oman. The place of performance will be Salalah Oman, however may include additional origins within Oman. Contractors must possess the ability to provide vehicle rental service to users on a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), and provide monthly invoices, or upon expiration of the rental, in electronic and hard copies. Request that all interested offerors provide a capability statement, and their ability to provide vehicle rental by the day, week, and/or month. Please include in the capability statement Points of Contact who can provide additional information if requested. Information must be submitted by close of business 19 April 2010. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought notice. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.
