- The Oregon Army National Guard intends on Sole Sourcing a Firm Fixed Price Contract on or about April 19, 2010 to Portland Memorial Coliseum to Support the Demobilization of the Portland Area Task Force Atlas. Due to the size of this event and the capable holding of dates open due to the uncertainty of time and date of event, Portland Memorial Coliseum is the only available place to complete this function.
