- North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 532120, FSC W025. For the lease of seven (7) each trucks for base year of 12 months, with option to extend up 24 months by two 12-month options years for all or a portion of the seven (7) trucks. **PLEASE SEE THE SOLICATION FOR A COMPLETE LISTING OF REQUIREMENTS FOR VEHICLES. ** Subject vehicles must meet the following requirements: Four wheel drive and a minimum GVWR of 6,000lbs; 4 door crew cab, capable of seating 6 adults; Bench seating with no center console, or console folds up; Vinyl seat covers and flooring; Vehicle color will be white; Vehicles will be gas powered and have automatic transmission, power steering, power windows and door locks, air conditioning, tilt steering, rear window defrost, remote keyless entry; Vehicles should be previously unused and covered by the manufacturers new vehicle warranty; Yearly estimated mileage should not exceed 25,000 miles; Vendor shall provide, or arrange at no additional expense to the government, all routine maintenance and repairs. This listing is meant to give a general idea of requirements. **PLEASE SEE THE SOLICATION FOR A COMPLETE LISTING OF REQUIREMENTS FOR VEHICLES. ** FOB Destination, Blue Grass Army Depot, Richmond, Kentucky. Electronic bid submission will ONLY be accepted in response to this solicitation IF and ONLY IF the completed solicitation is included as an attachment in its ENTIRETY. Otherwise, all proposals must be faxed or mailed in by the specified date and time. This statement supersedes any other guidance regarding electronic bid submission. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract and is unrestricted. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or contact CCR at 1-888-227-2423. You as a contractor must be utilizing the WIDE AREA WORKFLOW- RECEIPT AND ACCEPTANCE SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE 52.0000-4043 of this solicitation. This is the Government's electronic process for receipt and acceptance documents and Contractor payment. Approximate issue date is 23 APR 2010 with the closing date approximately 3 weeks from issue. **CLOSING DATE/DATE FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS IS FOUND ON PAGE 1 OF THE SOLICITATION AND WITHIN ANY ISSUED AMENDMENTS AND IS NOT THE RESPONSE DEADLINE SHOWN BY THIS WEBSITE.** The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.osc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
