- Description
- RECOVERY: The USDA Forest Service, Mendocino National Forest, has a requirement for the modification and repair of three buildings. The work includes the design and construction of facility modifications and performance of identified heavy maintenance. More specifically, the work includes identifying any building code deficiencies on the Headhouse and Main office buildings, modifications to the Headhouse and Main Office for building code compliance and ADA compliance, replacement or repair of the siding on the Headhouse, stabilization of the foundation of the main Office, and replacing the roof on the injector building. The design work includes all labor, equipment, supplies and incidentals necessary to provide; pre-design services, schematic design, final design development and construction documents. The construction work includes all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to make building code compliance and ADA modifications to the Headhouse and Main Office buildings, stabilize the foundation of the Main Office, re-roof the injector building, and perform any other identified heavy maintenance. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about April 29, 2010.
