- RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the GSA Federal Supply Schedule 66 - Scientific Equipment and Services. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. Description of requirement: The Food and Drug Administration is soliciting for an Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS) system for the NCTR/ORA Nanotechnology Core Facility. The basic instrument is a quadrupole mass spectrometer (range of 5-220 m/z) with sample ionization through inductively coupled plasma torch, and liquid sample introduction into the torch. The instrument must be computer controlled with capability of communication with autosampler, and contain software for data calculation, storage and analysis. This procurement will be firm-fixed price and will be competed under pre-existing Multiple Award Federal Supply Schedule contracts.
