Description

Synopsis: Solicitation Number: AG-9702-S-10-0335 Notice Type: SOLICITATION - IFB RECOVERY: This is an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) procurement. Inclusion of unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror will be required. Construction: The U.S. Forest Service, Region 3, Carson National Forest has a requirement for HVAC system in strict accordance with the specifications in the solicitation. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to supply, deliver, and install the HVAC system. Anticipated date of delivery for this order is May 25, 2010. The Government intends to place a firm fixed price order on or before May 5, 2010 Contractors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
