- RECOVERY = The Government has a requirement for a Performance Based Service Contract for the USDA-Forest Service, Bitterroot National Forest, Darby Ranger Station in Darby, MT. 59829. The contractor shall provide all expertise, labor, suprvision, services, equipment, mobilization, tool, supplies, permits, licenses, transportation and incidental as necessary to stall the 54 Bulletin Boards, and 24 Trailhead Registrations boxes at the 39 Trailhead on the Bitterroot National Forest. Description of Government provided supplies is located at Section C. This project is divided into two year period; the first year start date is 15 July thru 21 October 2010 and for the year 2011 performance period starts on 01 June thru 30 August 2011; unless otherwise determine by the Contracting Officer that the entire project could be completed in the year 2010. Old Bulletin Boards will not be removed at the trailhead until the day of work begins to install the new Bulletin Board of each Trailhead. No formal Site Visit and no Pre-Bid Conference for this project. However, a pre-work meeting will be held before work starts. The project cost estimate is between $25,000 thru $100,000. Payment Protection will be required of the successful offeror and Davis Bacon Wage Rates will apply. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES may submit a bid which will be considered by the Government. IAW FAR 4.1102(a) all offeror must be registed in CCR data base prior to award
