- This requirement is for the purchase of 377 UHF Blade Antenna, ANTCOM PN 4UHF-340-450DL-XN-2, COLOR #34031 Aircraft Green. The FY 10 base year will include a firm requirement for 188 units; FY 11 Option will be for a range quantity of 1-189. Justification and Approval applies for other than full and open competition at FAR 6.302-1 for, Only one responsible source or only from a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to conduct a sole source contract to the approved source, ANTCOM Corporation, 367 Van Ness Way, Torrance, CA 90501-6225. No telephone requests will be accepted.
