Description

Date for submission of SF330 Parts I and II has been extended to April 23, 2010, 4:00 PM. Submit to Mr. Thomas Hart, Contracting Officer, RFP VA-261-10-RP-0061/Project No. 612-001, Department of Veterans Affairs (VISN 21), 5342 Dudley Blvd, CCA-Bldg. 209, McClellan Park, CA 95654-2600. The following are responses to additional questions. Please be advised that last day for request for information is April 15, 2010. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (as of 4-14-10) VA261-10-RP-0061, MATHER VA261-10-RP-0063, MARTINEZ VA261-10-RP-0064, MATHER 1. (Q) Will additional points be awarded to teams that include business partners within any of the sub-categories of small business? (A) No, the procurement is full and open. 2. (Q) Will the evaluation team be anticipating and scoring for the inclusion of additional consultants discussed at the meeting, e.g. Civil Engineer. Building Information Modeling ? (A) Scoring consultants will be part of the review process. Use SF330 Part II for submission of consultant information. 3. (Q) How many firms will advance to the next stage of evaluation? (A) A minimum of 3, but it may be more. 4. (Q) Will successful firms proceed directly to an interview ? (A) All successful firms will be notified of their interview date and time. 5. (Q) In addition to the required disciplines, do you need a civil engineer and landscape architect for all three projects? (A) Yes - civil engineer and landscape architect disciplines are required.
