- Service to prepare, produce and publish a weekly civilian enterprise newspaper know as the WINDSOCK, for Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, Havelock, NC. This requirement for the WINDSOCK will be for the period 29 APRIL 2010 through 28 APR. 2012 with two additional options period. The civilian enterprise newspapers shall receive all revenue accruing from the sale of advertising carried within the publications. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This is at NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENNT and the publication will comply provisions of the Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction 5120.4. All offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal in accordance with the instructions in the solicitation. The solicitation will be forthcoming within 2 days of the posting of this synopsis. Contractors interested in doing business with the government are required to register, visit http://www.ccr.gov.
