- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT COMPETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BROOKS ACT AND FAR 36.6. VISN 3, New York Harbor Health Care Systems intends to issue a task order against existing Contract Number VA243-C-0243. This contract has been previously competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Construction Services, and awarded as a Construction Service Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
