- The IQC will have four lots, to allow work in the following area: Lot A: Field Data Collection, Lot B: Literature Review, Lot C: Curriculum Development and Evaluation, Lot D: Human Factors Funding: The IQC has only hypothetical tasks. As such, no money is needed to conduct any of them this year. However, each firm or university that receives a contract will need $2,500 to "start" their contract. With $2,500 per award, and assuming 30 awards (across all four lots) = $75,000
