- This is a Pre Solicitation Notice for an upcoming synopsis that will be posted on or about 27 April 2010. The synopsis will be to provide and install electric meters and tie DDC controls to various buildings on Stratton ANGB, Scotia, NY. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The location of the work is the 109Airlift Wing, Scotia, NY 12302. The solicitation should be posted on or about 27 April 2010 with proposals due on or about 26 May 2010. Contract period of performance will be approximately 30 calendar days. Solicitation will be posted to Fedbizopps. Proposals will be due in accordance with the solicitation once it is posted. A site visit will be held for this project and the date and time for this site visit will also be posted in the solicitation. This procurement is being set aside for small business concerns.
