- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N6921410RC043X2 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is ONE HUNDERED PERCENT SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. NAICS 332510. The NNPTC BARRACKS located at the Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Charleston, SC is requesting the following items that are repair-replacement parts for the Locks they have at the Barracks. Manufacture: Onity Inc. No substitute accepted. Item 0001: CLUTCH KIT, Part Num: QH200-940, Qty 500 Each. Item 0002: Toledo Outside Lever (has one-half inch return), Part Num: 626, Satin Chrome Finish, Qty 500 Each.
