- Services Non-Personnel to replace Gas Fired HVAC Unit Bldg 36 with equivalent substitue. Provide all Labor, Parts and materials necessary to install or replace: Services Non-Personnel to replace Gas Fired HVAC Unit Bldg 36 with equivalent substitue. Provide all Labor, Parts and materials necessary to install or replace: TRANE, MODEL-GRDA30DJEON2KFID SNODEFKLPQWX OR EQUAL 300,000BTU/HR INPUT, 237,000BTU/HR OUTPUT, 208 VOLT 3 PHRASE WITH TRANE MODEL TTA 150B300CA CONDENSING UNIT OR EQUAL. NEW AIR CONDITIONING COMPONENTS WILL UTILIZE R-410A INSTEAD OF R-22. REQUIRES FIELD VERIFICATION. EXISTING DUCTWORK WILL NEED TO BE CLEANED TO MEET NADCA ACR 2005 GUIDELINES. ALL INTERNAL POROUS SURFACES WILL REQUIRE AN INITIAL CLEANING.
