- Description
- The US Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions & Lethality Contracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Frontier Performance Polymers Corporation, 26 Robert St Parsippany, NJ 07054. This acquisition is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures; however, responsible offerors may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541330 and the small business size standard is $4.5 m. The Government has a need to purchase engineering services to identify an industrial adhesive for sealed seam design and fabricate and test packaging containers with the new adhesive, which was manufactured by Frontier Performance Polymers Corporation. This proposed contract action is a follow-on effort which requires information that was obtained on a previously awarded contract action, which was performed by Frontier Polymers.
