- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to ITS America for agency membership. ITS membership provides technical assistance through their leadership programs which assist FHWA employees, state and local in meeting their goals for participating in professional organizations. Additionally, ITS membership allows FHWA to meet the executive director objective for professional development for all members. Because ITS is the only source who can provide membership for their agency they are considered the only source for the services. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is April 27, 2010.
