- The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on behalf of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to CCH Inc; 4025 West Peterson Ave, Chicago, IL 60646; to provide subscription renewal of the Board of Contract Appeals Decisions Reporter. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of twelve (12) months after date of award. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511120 with a size standard of 500 employees. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
