- Description
- Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, & supervision necessary for various construction projects in accordance with VA competitive JOC parameters. This requirement is for a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract to furnish all materials, equipment and personnel necessary to accomplish each Task Order (TO). TO's will vary in size and dollar amounts. TO's will involve, but will not be limited to, carpentry, asphalt and concrete paving; roofing; excavation; interior renovation; carpet, window, and door installation; electrical; plumbing; painting and stucco; demolition; masonry; fire protection construction; telecommunications and HVAC. This contract shall not include medical facilities engineering support services, such as utility plant operation, custodial, grounds maintenance, and similar work. No TO will include Architect/Engineering services, however, shop drawings and as built drawings shall be provided by the contractor. TO's will be issued for individual projects. The contract will be issued for one (1) Base Year; with four (4) additional one (1) year Options. Contract value will be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Individual Task Orders shall not exceed $500,000.00 and shall not be less than $2,000.00. The minimum guaranteed value of the contract for the base year is $100,000 and each option year, if exercised by the Government, is $100,000. This contract will run for a maximum of five (5) years or contract dollar value limit, whichever comes first. NAICS: 236220 SIZE STANDARD: $33.5 Million AWARD IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned-Set-Aside -- Authority 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461) This contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder via Invitation for Bid process. Lowest coefficient deemed responsive and responsible will be the winning bidder. Solicitation will be posted on or about 04/28/2010 with bid opening on or about 05/28/2010.
