- The MICC USAR Directorate of Contracting West intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and 6.302-1(a)(2) to Advantor Systems Corporation, 12612 Challenger Pkwy, Ste 300, Orlando FL 32826-2700, to provide installation of a new security system for arms vaults at Seagoville USAR Center, 701 W. Simonds Road, Seagoville TX 75159-3201. The installation will include both parts and labor. Specifically the contractor will be providing and installing an Infraguard IDS panel in the vaults IAW to prepared parts list. The US Army Reserve Command has standardized on Advator equipment for protecting USARC assets. This standardization allows for the central monitoring station to monitor the status of all the vaults throughout the US Army Reserve Command around the clock and responds to any alarms that may occur. The Advantor system in place throughout the Army Reserve operates on a proprietary communications protocol that includes 3 elements; the ASN software; the Advantage Plus Base or Infraguard Communications Processor, and the Plus Base Military Firmware. There will be no RFP for competitive proposals. Point of contact for this action is Todd S.
