- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, is issuing a modification to contract number GS-05P-06-GBC-0006 for Design and Construction Quality Manager Services to Jay Shapiro & Associates. The purpose of this modification is to provide additional Pre-Construction services, Post Construction/Close-out Phase services and escalation costs for exercising the Construction Phase Option for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, Modernization of the John Weld Peck Federal Building located in Cincinnati, Ohio, in the amount of $1,761,327.00.
