- SYNOPSIS - F101/102 Aircraft Housing Seal Estimated solicitation issue date 13 Apr 10 and estimated closing/response date 13 May 10. RFP #: SPRTA1-10-R-0369 PR#: FD2030-10-71405 OEM#: 07482 Nomenclature/Noun: Aircraft Housing Seal NSN: 2840-01-146-9369 JF PN: 9340M20P02 Application (Engine): F101/102 AMC: 1C Description: Dimensions: Length 15 in, Width 9 in, Height 4 in, Weight 6 lbs. Material: Steel, AMS 5731. Function: A cylindrical shaped item approx. 4 in length with a forged flange on the aft end. Assures proper oil flow to the number 4 bearing. This is a 100% small business set aside. Government New/ Unused surplus acceptable. Award of a 3 year IDIQ is contemplated: Total 3 year BEQ is 29 each; FY2010: 12 each; FY2011: 10 each; FY2012: 7 each; Total contract Max quantity is 44 each. Required Delivery for Production Quantity: 30 Nov 2011 Destination: FB2039 (Tinker AFB) Mandatory Language: Qualification requirements do apply. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements as cited in each individual solicitation. Contract award will not be delayed to allow an offeror completion of qualification requirements/process. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Based upon market research, the Government is not using policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreements. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Request for Written Quotation/Proposal will be issued. Only written or faxed request received directly from the requestors are acceptable. The anticipated award date will be 60 to 90 days after the issuance of this notice. Ryan P.
