- Description
- The awardee of this solicitation shall provide all necessary personnel, expertise and management to establish and maintain a ten hour, five day per week (10X5) operation of a Locally Employed person (LEP) screening cell. The exception to this requirement is the cell for Al Udeid AB, Qatar. Al Udeid requires a ten hour per day; six day per week effort (10X6). The cell will provide a single point of screening for all non government, locally employed laborers and workers. It is the Governments intent to award one (1) Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract with Firm-Fixed price task orders. Full and Open Competition will be utilized.
